Summary
In order to create loyal members, you must never be satisfied with Customer service! Customer service is what we are supposed to be doing anyway. And if you just provide customer service, you will get “the just fine” members. You know those members, don’t you? When you ask them, “How are they enjoying their time as a member?”, they tell you, “it’s fine." The key is to create the "Member Experience." When this happens, you will have brand ambassadors for your association. This, however, can be challenging… unless you have the missing link that will move you from customer service to customer/member experience! You will get this missing link in this webinar and how to apply it to the four strategies that are needed to move your “just fine” members to your loyal brand ambassadors!

Bob Pacanovsky
An entrepreneur for more than 20 years, primarily in the hospitality industry, Bob Pacanovsky and his team had one opportunity to create both a wow experience and a lasting impression on their clients and guests. He is most proud of being married to his wife Connie for over 27 years and of his son Adam. 


How To Attend
Join the live program from your office, home, or hotel room using a computer with high speed internet. Please note that credit (if available) is only provided to registered attendees participating at their own computer and phone. Simple instructions with a link to the program will be sent when you register and again the day before the webinar.
