Lessons Learned from the Field

Published by Texas Society of Association Executives and New England Society of Association Executives

This program is $45 for NE/SAE Members and $75 for Non-Members

Is your association weighted down with unwieldly processes? Has the staff created dozens of work-arounds to help them do the job? Before you try to "fix" a problem with technology, identify what's really at the core of it. Perhaps the fix is a staff conversation! enSYNC's ten years of experience conducting strategic assessments -- of associations with staffs of 1 to 250+ -- have identified bottlenecks and trouble spots common to associations. This workshop will share the lessons learned in their get-down-to-basics review of the organizational processes and procedures.
