Program Description

Registration is now open for this full-day leadership development workshop. This workshop includes breakfast and lunch.

Are you an association professional who is ready to climb the slippery slope to the top? Or, are you already in the CEO or Executive Director role and looking to maximize your effectiveness in that role?

Designed to empower association leaders who aspire to chief executive, this high-level learning program builds upon existing strengths and introduces tools to expand your leadership capabilities, build your confidence, and transform your effectiveness. In an interactive session, the facilitators will provide insights as provocateurs, practitioners, and story-tellers; while crowdsourcing this session live with you in order to:

  • Understand the full scope of the chief executive function
  • Master the difference between executive presence and leadership presence
  • Build your leadership and strategic capacity to maximize organizational dynamics
  • Develop your leadership presence to enhance your potential as a future chief executive
  • In a safe space, answer those burning questions about what it’s really like to be CEO
  • Create a broad understanding of how to get the CEO position, keep the position, and thrive
