Helene Buchler is a Human Resources professional with over 18 years of experience in a variety of human resources and counseling capacities in the non-profit, financial services, technology and mental health industries. Since 2001, Helene has been providing her clients with customized services that support and enhance their business missions and practices. Helene's service offerings include consultation in the areas of compensation, employee relations, management and employee training and development, as well as performance management, and organizational alignment and development. Prior to 2001, Helene held various HR-related positions at Lotus Development Corporation (IBM) and PaineWebber (UBS). Helene has a Bachelor of Arts from Sophie Newcomb College of Tulane University, and Master of Arts in Counseling from New York University.
