About the Workshop

Conflict is one of the biggest factors affecting an organization's productivity and morale. Cited 50% of the time as the #1 reason for employee stress, conflict leads to reduced productivity, missed work days, poor retention of employees, and in some instances, filing of complaints. This hands-on workshop will explore ways to approach conflicts more productively, regardless of your role. The workshop will include a conflict style assessment and conflict management skill-building through role plays and fishbowl demonstrations by the faculty and attendees.

This program includes a continental breakfast and lunch. A detailed agenda will be available shortly.

This program is approved for 3.0 CAE professional development hours.
