Special Interest Groups

The Special Interest Groups (SIGs) were designed to not only provide members with another networking opportunity, but to use the forums as a way for members to review current NESAE programs and to make recommendations for future initiatives, including educational programming, newsletter articles and content for the website, that will benefit the entire NESAE membership. In addition to making proposals for the specific content on education programs, NESAE hopes that the SIGs will discuss ways the association can assist the membership through the development of guidelines, best practices, white papers, “how I do it” reviews, templates and where appropriate, suggest practice standards.

Membership, Marketing & Communications SIG

Encompasses all aspects of membership, including recruitment and retention and effective communications.

The next meeting of the MM&C SIG is confirmed for Tuesday, April 13, 12:00 noon – 1:30 p.m. at the Home Care Alliance office, 31 St. James Ave, Ste 780, Boston, MA.  Bring your own brown bag lunch.  Home Care Alliance will provide beverages and desserts.  Discussion will focus on what members took away from Mark Levin’s keynote presentation at the management conference  (note:  you need not have attended the Annual Management Conference to attend this SIG meeting).  If you would like to attend this get together or join the SIG, please contact the SIG Chair,  Tim Burgers at (617) 482-8830 or Email Tim Burgers.
