Claire Rosenzweig, CAE, CPMP, is President and Chief Operating Officer of the Promotion Marketing Association, Inc. that represents the promotion and marketing industry and helps to define its role in the integrated marketing mix. She works with the Board of Directors to develop the strategic plan, determine policy and direction and then oversees implementation on a day-to-day basis. Together with the Board of Directors she develops relevant and robust programs and services to meet the ever-changing needs of a diverse membership. As a spokesperson for PMA, Claire is interviewed frequently by the media on a variety of marketing topics and has been a keynote speaker and panelist at industry events. Kiki Mills Executive Director Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange
As the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange (MITX), Kiki is responsible for managing the day to day operations of the organization and steering its strategic direction. Kiki has been with the organization since 1999 and has served in a variety of roles over the last seven years. She started as the organization's first Membership Development Manager, helping to double the membership over a two year period. She moved into Business Development and was responsible managing a two person staff and the development of strategic partnerships. Her most recent role prior to becoming Executive Director in 2004, was as the Director of Marketing where she oversaw the rebranding of the organization in 2003-2004 and managed all membership, sales and corporate marketing initiatives. Steven P. Smith It's The Results, LLC
Steven P. Smith is Principal of It's The Results, LLC, a firm providing consultation to associations and nonprofits in the areas of board development, CEO coaching, strategic plan facilitation, and interim executive service. Steve completed a thirty year career with the American Lung Association, where he served as chapter executive in New Hampshire for fifteen years, and on the management team at national headquarters as Vice President of Field Operations, where he provided recruitment/orientation/training for new chapter executives in the field. Steve has written on strategic plan implementation for Association Executive Magazine, and on leadership for the Nonprofit Journal.
Jennifer Harrington Trinity Communications
As Director of Trinity's Account Development Team, Jennifer is responsible for working and consulting with clients while managing new business and marketing activities for the agency. Jennifer has been with Trinity since 1994 and was made a managing partner in 2004.
She has worked in multiple capacities at Trinity, including market research, client services and account planning for clients in private banking, insurance, healthcare and technology.
Jennifer is active in a number of area organizations. She serves on the boards for the Association for Corporate Growth of Boston, Copley Society of Art, and Corporate Advisory Group for Mass College of Art, and she actively supports the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston. This year, Jennifer was recognized as one of Boston's "40 Under 40" by the Boston Business Journal. She graduated magna cum laude from Boston University.
Jonathan Spack Jonathan Spack, executive director of Third Sector New England (TSNE), will describe his work on capacity issues for nonprofits following thirty years of experience; some at TSNE providing fiscal sponsorship and management consultation, some at community-based agencies dealing with “real world” issues that can get in the way of effective delivery of service.
Jeanne Wolf Jeanne Wolf is an executive director at the Greater Boston Real Estate Board where she oversees the management and operation of two associations. She deals with the complexities of working with two boards of directors and over 200 volunteers. She will share her experience improving on service to members through building capacity of her associations. Jeanne is a member of the NESAE board of directors.
Patrick Dorsey Patrick Dorsey serves as Avectra's Director of OnDemand Marketing. In his role, Patrick is responsible for overseeing netFORUM OnDemand's product marketing, corporate communications and demand generation. In addition to driving netFORUM OnDemand's branding and marketing campaigns and establishing programs that contribute to the growth of the company's customer base, he manages the netFORUM OnDemand sales and customer support teams. Prior to joining Avectra, Patrick held marketing positions at Siebel Systems, UpShot Corporation and Sprint PCS.
Morgan Caywood Meetings Technology Consultant Morgan has been in the group collaborations industry for over 10 years working in all facets of the business including operations, management, technical services, account management, and sales. He attended college for business and marketing and is a member of many state societies of association executives across the country and other organizations on the national level as well, which he supports through sponsorships, event attendance, and speaking engagements. He now runs a company that pools together resources including audio and web conferencing services, content archive solutions, and fax, email and voice broadcast solutions. As a consultant, he has earned a reputation with both clients and vendors for consistently providing responsive and reliable support and knowledge of specific applications in the virtual meeting world.
Richard M. Reilly Rick Reilly is a consultant and Adjunct Professor at Wentworth Institute of Technology, teaching Alternative Dispute Resolution. For 30 years he was an integral part of the American Arbitration Association both here in New England and nationally as a Senior Vice President of Labor and Insurance, traveling the country helping arbitrators and parties settle cases. He was also the AAA liaison with the National Academy of Arbitrators (NAA), the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) and the Association of Labor Relations Agencies (ALRA). More...
