He has designed, implemented and analyzed more than 70 different survey research projects for more than 30 different organizations, including surveys covering best practices, compensation, cycle time, financial operating ratios, market size and segments and member and client satisfaction benchmarking.
Monica Dignam, Director of Industry & Market Research, ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership, has over 25 years experience as a researcher. Before coming to ASAE & The Center in 2004, Monica was president of Monalco, Inc. a firm that specializes in providing market and industry research to associations.
