Issues in Associations - What Should I Have a Lawyer Review?

This workshop will educate participants on the legal issues that most frequently occur in not-forprofit, tax-exempt associations. Included will be discussions on how to use legal counsel and how to identify potential legal problem areas within the organization.

Examine common areas of risk for nonprofit membership organizations and discuss steps that can help manage liability risk. This session will also address law issues in the area of technology.
